HEALING MIND, BODY, & EMOTIONS

“The body has been designed to renew itself through self correction. These same principles apply to the healing of psyche, spirit, and soul.” -Peter A. Levine, PhD

Are you feeling satisfied with parts of your life but held back by anxiety and overwhelm? Do you imagine there’s more to life, wanting to be more present in your relationships and get past issues that have been holding you back?

I work with folks who have decided it’s time to get past old wounds and feel more alive and connected in their life and relationships.

About Me

Natalie Bellott, LCSW-BACS, SEP

I’m a somatic psychotherapist trained in experiential therapies that effectively treat underlying symptoms found in Complex PTSD, anxiety and mood disorders, and chronic illness. While I look to evidence-based research to inform my practice, I also value practice-based evidence.

I work to embody cultural humility, acknowledging the various ways that many people hold multiple cultures at once with complexity and nuance. Every BODY is born with inherent worth of love and belonging, and in therapy, we work to repair the most important relationship – the one with self.

Studies have shown that the number one determinant of outcomes in therapy is the quality of relationship between client and therapist. As a therapist, gaining and maintaining trust is an ongoing process, as it’s important that you feel safe on your healing journey.

Come Alive.

Therapy is not about ‘fixing’ you, nor do you have to be unwell to get the help you deserve. Therapy is an collaborative process helping you to shift towards lasting and meaningful changes you’ve always wanted.
